On Monday Action Cancer came to teach us about ways we can lead healthy lifestyles. We looked at what foods are good to eat, how to stay safe in the sun, how to keep our lungs healthy by not smoking and how to get active every day. We looked at some 'characters' who had not been very healthy and how the superheroes in the story helped them turn their lives and bad habits around. We played some games to help reinforce what are healthy and unhealthy foods. Ask you child about this visit.
