This week in maths the children are learning more about angles. I introduced them to the Angle family which helped them remember the names in a fun way. Ask your child about Mr. Obtuse and see if they can describe him! We look at angles on the board to see how easy it is to estimate the size of angles. It was harder than it looked but they could quickly see if it was an acute or obtuse angle. We will be taking a closer look at protractors in the next few days and getting the chance to draw and measure angles.
