Arrangements for P1-P7 Pantomime Trip - Tuesday 3rd January

On 3^rd January 2017 those children going to the pantomime are to be in school at 11.30am sharp.  Please make sure that you give your child/ren lunch at home before they come to school as the canteen is closed.  Children should wear a warm coat with their name on it. No other bags are to be brought to school on that day.

The children should be ready for collection at 5:30pm.  Please note the following:

• The school gates will remain closed until the buses arrive back.
• The main gates will be opened for the buses and once all children are out of the buses and safely back into their classrooms, Mr McKendry will open the 2 pedestrian gates to let parents in to collect their P.1 to P.3 children as normal.   After these children have gone, the P.4 to P.7 staff will walk their pupils to the school gates as usual.
