The boys and girls went on an Autumn walk on Tuesday. They collected different coloured leaves as well as branches which had fallen off trees. Everything the children collected is now displayed on the class' Autumn display table. The class have also created their own Autumn tree, dabbing on the different coloured leaves using paint. This was such an enjoyable activity and helped the children to learn what happens to the environment when the season changes from Summer into Autumn.
This week, the children have begun staying in Nursery to have their lunch. All the boys and girls are settling in to this routine very well.
There has been lots of super play this past week in Nursery. We are very excited for this upcoming week which will see children playing with dinosaurs, making pumpkins with playdough and going fishing in the water tray.
