The boys’ final tournament of the year – the Coaching 4 Christ Cup – took place at a very wet Ballymena Showgrounds on 13th June. Despite a series of scintillating performances, particularly in the knock-out stages, the boys were edged in a tense penalty shoot-out in the final.
I would like to say a huge well done to everyone who pulled on the red, black and yellow shirt in what has been a successful season – each player took to the pitch with skill, determination and a superb attitude.
