Callbacks Day!!

Today was a very exciting day as the 50+ children who auditioned for The Lion King were whittled down to a shorter list of 25. They were all given a chance to sing for us, and were given a part of a new script to go home and practise. Today those 25 children performed their scene to teachers, and we had an extremely hard time casting the parts - everyone put in a huge amount of effort! 

Keep an ear open over the next day or two to hear who our main characters are, and remember that even if you didn't get a main part we hope to involve everyone who tried out as we need lots of extra animals!
