Over the past number of weeks our School Choir has been working hard to learn six pieces which we sang at Ballymena Music Festival this week. We were very pleased with our performances, and delighted to be awarded a third place and to receive two Commended marks. The adjudicator loved how clear our words were, and said how well we communicated the story behind our songs by bringing the characters to life.
We are very proud of the effort and enthusiasm shown by the Choir, and we will be enjoying a special treat on Wednesday 7th March. The Choir will be singing once more this term as we entertain guests at our Generation Celebration Tea Party.
Thanks also to our parents and grandparents who have supported us this term, with helping learn words and music at home, and for coming to support us at the Festival.
