Members of the local community, grandparents and friends of the school enjoyed a fantastic morning of entertainment and coffee on Friday 14th December. Everyone was entertained by the P.3 nativity “Prickly Hay” which put us all in the Christmas spirit with some wonderful singing, acting and dancing. The school choir treated us to their Christmas songs and a singalong, and a Christmas carol quiz brought out the competitive nature in some tables! Tea and coffee with shortbread, mince pies and tray bakes was served by staff and P.7 children and enjoyed by all. Everyone agreed that it was lovely morning with friends, entertainment and treats.
