In Numeracy today the children created a class block graph on favourite types of weather. In our new theme 'Time for a Change' we were thinking about how the seasons and therefore weather changes all the time. Today we discussed all of the fun things you can do in different types of weather e.g. fly a kite, splash in puddles, go to the beach or build a snowman. The children each chose their favourite type of weather and we made a block graph. After making our graph we discussed the data collected. The children were able to identify the most and least popular type of weather and could count how many more children liked one type of weather more than another.
