Welcome to the Football Club Page!

The football club is taken by Mr Hughes.  It takes place throughout the year, on Thursday afternoons.  We have boys and girls from P6 and P7 attending and training takes place on the football pitch at the back of the school.

Required Kit each Thursday:

• Football boots/trainers
• Football socks
• Shorts
• T-shirt
• Tracksuit top/warm top

The children learn new skills and take part in drills to improve their control, passing and technique.  These skills are then transferred to a game situation at the end of the session.  Many of the boys and girls who attend get the opportunity to play for the school football team that takes part in a variety of tournaments and competitions throughout the school year.
