On Thursday we had a visit from Colette from Action Mental Health. She did a workshop with the class about the importance of having a healthy body and a healthy mind. The children participated really well and had great fun learning all about how to keep healthy. They also spent time thinking about who they could talk to if they had any worries or concerns. We will continue to focus on your child's mental and physical health this coming term as we have all been through many changes and it can be difficult for a child to share their worries.
