As part of our Farm topic we have been learning about the process of milk and what products can be made from milk, so today we made some butter.
Miss McGlaughlin brought in her great granny's butter churn and Mrs Henry brought in some milk from her Flekvieh cows and together with cream we made some delicious butter!
