During Mad 4 Maths Primary 1 have been playing money games. They played a 'Balloon' game today. They had to race around the board and collect as many pennies as possible. Once all the pennies were done they were able to use their pennies to take turns at buying balloons. The person who bought the most balloons won the game. Primary 1 also looked at and revised their pattern work today. They were working with colour, shape and picture patterns. Then the boys and girls had great fun using themselves as a resource to make patterns. We had boy, girl patterns, big and small patterns and not wearing a coat, wearing a coat patterns. Primary 1 were exhausted at the end of Mad 4 Maths today after all their hard work. During day 2 Primary 1 played a 2D shape loop game. They were very good at the loop game. The boys and girls also enjoyed using the iPads to play a caterpillar ordering number game.
