Next Monday, 11th Feb we have Aware NI coming in to do a fantastic course for all and any parents/ carers called Mood Matters. I have attatched their gflyer, but if you are interested in finding out more check out their website www.aware-ni.org. This is a great course for adults, looking at your own self-care and mental health, learning more for both your self or awareness of those around you and learning skills to help not only you, but your own family on a daily basis.
