Forget the Brexit debates-we are equally as good at arguing here in P3CM. We have been looking at the writing genre 'persuasive writing' and are learning how to convince people to believe our point of view. We watched politicians debating in the House of Commons. We worked in small groups to discuss and formulate points for our argument and then we debated these to our audience. Our vote was in favour of banning homework!
There were definitely some powerful arguments on both sides and we still remained friends at the end!👍😃
