Today we discussed our Take 5 approach to good mental health and well-being.
BBC teach website activities involved discussion in small groups, dancing along to a song led by some famous footballers and dragon breathing to help us focus and relax.
We also made our own moving, dancing elves to remind us to stay Mentally Elfie!
