This week we had so much fun during our power hour! The focus of today was to teach the children that very often our minds are full up of all the things that need to be done and that sometimes it is ok to have some quiet time to reflect, look after ourselves and do something that we enjoy.
Today we started by doing some yoga together and followed that up by making glitter bottles. When the children shook the bottle it symbolised their busy mind and then when all the glitter settled to the bottom it symbolised them when they are relaxed.
