The children in P5 got to become Sun Scientists this week when Cancer Focus NI came to visit. They talked to us about the importance of the five Ss when it comes to the sun - SLIP on a tee-shirt, SLOP on some sun cream, SLAP on a sun hat, SLIDE on some sunglasses and head for the SHADE. We got to see some fun experiments showing how sun cream and sunglasses protect us from the sun.
