Last April, leeks were planted in our school vegetable plot. From September, P5 have been busy looking after the vegetables and picking out the weeds. This week some leeks were ready so we pulled them out and then the canteen ladies kindly made us some delicious potato and leek soup!! We thoroughly enjoyed eating the leeks that we planted ourselves!!
