On European Languages Day, Nina Testanova's mum, who comes from Ukraine, kindly agreed to come and tell us about her country and teach us some language. She told us about the Ukrainian primary school system and we learnt that their summer holidays last for 3 months! She also taught us a few key phrases then we learnt how to count up to 10.
We really enjoyed having Nina's mum in and would like to thank her for coming to see us during her lunch break, as she works in Cambridge House.
