P6 Mr Fisher visit the Titanic Centre in Belfast
P6JF went on a really enjoyable and interesting trip to the Titanic Visitor Centre on Wednesday 14th November. We were amazed at the impressive building when we arrived and were even more impressed when we went inside. The class had a guided tour that clearly explained the story of the magnificent ship from its design to the present day. Everyone particularly enjoyed the interactive ride half way through the tour.
After the guided tour we visited the SS Nomadic. It was a privilege to be on a ship that had real passengers from the Titanic on it. We got to dress up in clothes that passengers would have found fashionable at the time. Outside the centre we walked along the outline of the ship and were all astounded by the scale of Titanic.
Everyone had a fun day and learned a lot from the visit.
