This morning the children attended an assembly from the NSPCC. Their message was very clear - 'Speak up, Stay Safe'. My class then had a more detailed workshop focusing on this key message. They talked about the various types of abuse children may suffer and what to do if they are ever worried and upset. They were reminded that it is the right of all children to feel safe and be heard and Childline is an organisation that is available to them.
