We had great fun today getting to know our friends from St Brigid's! We spend time chatting about ourselves and building some jigsaws.
The jigsaws were pen drawings of scenes from life during the Irish Famine. We spent a lot of time talking about what was happening within each drawing and how this described some of the events of the time. We talked about empathy and how we felt the people in the drawings might be feeling.
We recorded our thoughts and questions on post-its and used an app to share our notes with each other.
