Given the glorious weather we have had over the last few days, we took the opportunity to make use of the Secret Garden.
We did some DEAR Reading time, working hard on the understanding of what we were reading. Afterwards, we worked on our Paper Birds. Using mark making and watercolours, we created birds as part of our Rainforest topic.
Children had the opportunity to sit in the shade, at a table or on the grass, depending on their preference. It was lovely to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Hopefully we will have more opportunities to make use of the space again.
