We've been learning about the skill of inferring and how it helps us in our reading. Inferring is taking what we already know and putting it together with the clues in the story to make a prediction about what will happen next. To help us learn more about how we infer, Mrs Gregg asked us to describe her using what was in her bag.
Each item told us a little but more about her personality and her hobbies. It was really enjoyable and helped us to improve our inferring skills.
Mr Elliot did the same thing with his group.
