We had our first Body Image session today with Lori and Emma from Barnardos. We thought about what we do to make us happy, and made a note of how we use our body parts to do things we enjoy.
Lots of us enjoyed exercising i.e. playing hockey, netball or football; taking part in Jujitzu; riding horses. Drawing was very popular, as was reading and spending time with our families.
We need magazines for next week's session, if you have any old magazines at home, can you please send them in with your child. Thanks!
