We had a great time learning how to decorate buns with butter icing. We used a star nozzle to create a Christmas Tree and then used lots of sprinkles to decorate our trees.
Butter Icing recipe:
100g butter, 200g icing sugar, 1 tbsp milk
Mix all together in a mixer. Take care when you first add the icing suger, as it can fly everywhere!!
