We have been learning all about planting and growing over the last few weeks. The boys and girls have already planted some cress and beetroot seeds in the classroom(these are now growing happily at home 🏡) so it was time for a new challenge...
Yesterday we prepared the soil by weeding and levelling, then today we planted potatoes, carrots and onions! The boys and girls are in charge of caring for the seeds and will be watering them etc until the time comes to dig them up!
Exciting times ahead, more photographs will follow as the shoots begin to appear..
