The Lion King – Rehearsal Update
Parents,
As we have now worked our way through The Lion King script, we have decided it would be more straightforward to have all main characters (please see list on The Lion King homepage if you are unsure who this is) and chorus there every Wednesday and Thursday as there is a lot of acting interspersed during songs. As usual we will continue to post information about rehearsals on the website, but for ease of reference rehearsals will definitely be on after school on the following dates:
Thursday 17th May (NB no rehearsal on Wednesday 16th due to Staff training)
Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th May
Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st May
Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th June
Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June
Other after school rehearsals will be needed nearer the time and you will be told about these in the usual way.
Please keep going over words and songs with your children at home as it is important that they know these off by heart as soon as possible.
Dancers, hyenas and Circle of Life animals are not required after school next week, but may be rehearsing during school. We will keep updating the website every Friday to let you know when they are needed.
