The Dairy Council held a workshop for P6 pupils in the school assembly hall on Wednesday 15th January. We learned about the importance of having a balanced diet alongside partaking in plenty of exercise. The presenters taught the children about the different food groups and the importance of dairy food as part of a balanced and healthy diet. This was a very interactive and fun lesson for the pupils.
