The P2s have been busy in 2-3 club so far. They have been working on the sounds s, a, t, i, p and n. The boys and girls used jolly phonics to help them remember each sound and its rhyme and action. Then, they practiced their letter formation. The children have played various games such as 'I spy', 'Roll a Sound' and 'Pop n Match' to help them with beginning sounds.
We are going to be looking at sentence writing and rhyming words over the next few weeks .
