Here in Ballykeel Primary School and Nursery Unit, we have celebrated World Book Day over the course of a full week! During this time, the nursery children took part in lots of lovely activities to promote a love for reading. They visited the 'Book Nook' to listen to a special story, they listened to Fairytales each day in class and they baked special buns for a fantastic Fairytale party. The highlight of the week was having the opportunity to dress up in costumes from their favourite and cherished stories.
