We had a fantastic day learning about take 5 and how to take better care of ourselves. We did yoga, different breathing exercises, we watched Mrs Sheeran’s video about take 5 and after learning about Incy Wincy this week we read a story called ‘The Six Legged Spider’ which told us about how we are all unique.
