Yvonne has been coming to visit Primary 3 for a few weeks now to speak to the children on behalf of Young Enterprise. Each week Yvonne discusses something new with the children. On her first visit she discussed how families differ and looked at the various roles of people in each family. Week 2 she chatted to the children about jobs people in the family may have and the tools they need to do their jobs well. This week the children were asked to think about needs and wants. The children were given a picture of a desert island and asked to circle the items on it that were a need rather than a want. The discussion beforehand was very interesting!! The children had a lot of fun doing this activity and it created a lot of great discussion!
