This week the children took part in an adding challenge! The boys and girls were divided into groups and given some hoops and balls to create and complete a variety of addition sums in a practical and fun way! One member of the group then turned this into a sum and recorded it on their white boards.
After this we progressed to paired work and used paper plates and other things like buttons to create a visual sum to complete. Have a look at the children in action, they were fantastic and had such fun in the process.
